Partnership Directory
NAISA’s Partnership Directory brings together individuals and organisations with expertise, products and services that are directly relevant to non-association independent schools.
We are selective about who we work with. Our partners understand the distinctive context, pressures and responsibilities faced by schools in this sector, and offer support that can add genuine value to the NAISA community.

MDA Education Leadership Ltd
Independent consultant
Mark is a passionate education professional with over 30 years’ experience in the sector. He is deeply committed to ensuring that all pupils, particularly the most disadvantaged, receive the highest quality support and achieve success in life. He brings extensive leadership experience, including 10 years as a headteacher, where he developed a strong understanding of the challenges faced by school leaders. Under his leadership, schools improved from inadequate to good, with elements of outstanding practice. He later served as a director within a multi-academy trust and as a local authority adviser, with responsibility for supporting over 60 schools. Through his work as one of His Majesty’s Inspectors for Ofsted, Mark has developed a detailed understanding of the current inspection framework, the independent school inspection toolkit, and the independent school standards. He has led independent school inspections and pre-registration inspections, as well as carrying out monitoring visits.
Osprey Insurance Brokers Limited
Osprey Insurance Brokers are a specialist insurance partner to independent schools, SEND settings and alternative provision providers across the UK. We understand that these environments require more than a standard, off-the-shelf approach. Our focus is on delivering practical, tailored insurance solutions that reflect the real day-to-day risks schools face; from safeguarding and complex pupil needs through to property, liability and cyber exposures. We work closely with schools to reduce unnecessary premium spend, identify gaps in cover, and ensure they remain compliant and properly protected in an increasingly complex landscape. Our approach is built on clarity, care and long-term support, not just arranging cover, but being on hand when it matters most, particularly at claims stage.
